NPCS
Got the NPC list cleaned up finally, and added all current NPCs in play.
The major additions are Utie and Jennifer.
Jennifer is the same as the PC Jennifer, but she is being moved into NPC status for the time being. However she will be playing mainly the same role.
Utie is a Capitol party girl on the outside, and a rebellion sympathizer on the inside, who uses bidding as an excuse to spread information around.
Both have bios in their journals (Although Utie's incorrectly lists her as a stylist, the rest is correct.)
With all these NPCs, we are really focusing on keeping up the N part of that. Most of these character are world building and for handwaving to give PCs information, etc. With all of them you can contact the mod account for anything you need them for.
I also removed Ceaser, Plutarch and Claudius, as those are appable characters, and easy to hit up google to find out about. The only canon NPCs are ones that aren't available for apping now.
