And another one on the Capitol train
Hey everyone. It's Lil, Eponine's player. I'm back with a Hunger Games OC, Calico. She's a D8 Victor, and a well known party girl on the Capitol scene. She is trying to live up to her bad reputation, despite not actually being quite as hardcore as the Capitol makes her out to be. She's been around before, got in a lot of trouble, got her family killed, and got sent back to District 8 to face the consequences of her actions. She's spent the last two years living in a self imposed hermitage, though she's not admitting that at all!
Cal likes sewing and she likes dressing to the EXTREME. So if you want some wacky outfits, Cal is your gal. Lets face it, she has WAAAY better fashion sense than Jolie and Oceana stuck together.
