Hello, Games! This is Smurf (player of Bruce Banner and Aang) with her third character, Justine Florbelle.
Justine Florbelle is the Tributes' official physician. Yes, they get a physician now! They keep hurting each other outside of the arena, and all this nonsense about rebellion and such requires another pair of eyes, so Justine will be around to kiss their boo-boos and give them their flu shots.
She's an AU from Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Her mother was dragged away by Peacekeepers for reported treason when she was young, and then her father was mysteriously beaten to death in his own room after espousing his own treasonous thoughts when she was eleven. All very sad, all very effective for fostering anti-Capitol sentiment. Or it would be, if she weren't responsible for both of those things, but shhhhh no one knows that.
Justine is a terrible person. A terrible person who is incredibly charming and outwardly friendly. If you want to know exactly how much of a terrible person she really is, her app is right here. Forewarning, there's mention of bidding and violence, both sexual and physical, in her app. If you don't want to deal with what a terrible person she is, go ahead and tell me right here. A part of all of this is that she likes to bid on people. This isn't common knowledge in the Capitol, as she's quite private about the awful things she does, but this is something she does do. I won't pressure anyone into those sorts of plots, but if you're interested in doing something with that in the future, go ahead and PM me.
But first things first, please fill this out. She's the Tributes' doctor, so she will force them all to have a basic physical once they're out of the arena. Whether your character is currently in the arena or not, please fill it out when you find the time for my OOC benefit.

Bruce is very very smart. How much do you want him to be able to see through her facade? I'm willing to say that she can tell he's not nearly as jovial as he pretends to be, and even that he has a secret of some kind...just not what it is.

If they're close (or in Justine's case, 'close'), she would probably not smile as much when they're alone and express a certain amount of boredom with parties when she could spend that time alone with a book or her work.

Also, do you think they'd have romantic/sexual history? Because Justine uses sex to get people closer to her and she flirts relentlessly, so they may have had some history before.

If she's liberal with sex when trying to get closer with people, they have probably had sex before, yes. She would have found that he's both masochistic and kind of...distant with people he's intimate with. It's very shallow with him.

It's okay, because sex is pretty shallow with her too, and she likes being rough when she's having sex. They can have a sometimes-FWB relationship alongside the more complicated one that they seem to be developing.
