I guess I should really post an intro here!

For everyone who doesn't know! I'm Otter, and I already play here with Tony Stark in District Twelve.

No doubt some of you all don't best get along with Tony which really makes a lot of sense. But have no fear, because Chibi Usa is really not like him at all.

For anyone unfamiliar with Sailor Moon, Chibi Usa is Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon and Mamoru Chiba/Tuxedo Mask's daughter from the future. Yeah it's weird. She is a sweet and cheerful little girl, who like normal girl can easily get scared and has occasionally been known to cry.

That being said Chibi Usa is ALL heart and will be very upset about being put into arenas. Especially considering without her transformation brooch she's pretty useless in a fight (And even when she could become Sailor Chibi moon, she was a support class more than anything else.).

Funny enough, he met a version of her once when he very first showed up (and then she was gone). She was unhappy about his yelling every alternate sentance. :')

But as is standard with this guy, RE: Magical or Horrific... Why not both? :o)
