And this is Alex, from the Alex Rider books by Anthony Horowitz. Basically, Alex is the nephew of an MI6 agent and got blackmailed into being a teen spy. Except he's really good at it, so his life quickly goes to hell. I've taken him from after the last book in the series, so he has been thoroughly screwed over by pretty much everyone. Triads, mafia, communists, mad scientists, and even the 'good guys' now and then. If you belong to an agency that likes to use initials, he will side-eye the fuck out of you.

Other than that, he is a normal teenaged boy. I swear. Let's ignore his black belt in karate and very strange assortment of randomly useful skills his uncle taught him. Everyone knows how to walk on a tightrope after all.
