Friendly neighbourhood Momo here! With her second Tribute!
...a lovely impulse Tribute he was, too. But if you know me at all, you know how much I love my baby. Therefore, welcome Draco Malfoy in all his glory to the Arena. He's coming from mid-Half-Blood Prince, meaning he's that prick everyone knows and loves.
The Games will not be a good place for him.
