Hey everyone! I'd like to introduce you to a new OC who'll be setting up shop in the Capitol. Her name is Jennifer Blackwood and she used to be an escort (D9, until she got promoted to D2.) She retired from the escort life in order to marry a rising political star and now she is kept & pampered & living the dream. Her bio can be found here. Basically, any and all Capitol/native Panem characters are likely to at least know of her, if not know her personally. In the next week or so, she'll be ~~strong armed by the powers that be~~ volunteering to work in the Tribute center as a sort of liaison between the residents there and the government/Peacekeepers.

Anyway, if your character might have a reason to know her, let's get together and hash out some things! I look forward to throwing her at you all!
