Mod Needs a Volunteer for a Plot

Hey, guys, so I need a volunteer (or a few volunteers) who could be persuaded to kidnap an innocent. They'll have to be someone Eva will take an interest in, and then we'll need to do some threading when I put up an open for her later, so I can't guarantee your character will get picked, but yes. Let me know if you're interested.

You know Eps will do anything Eva asks of her. But would Eva ask her 'daughter' to do it? Well, she's knocking about if you don't have anyone else willing to volunteer.

It would definitely depend on the context, but Sigma is no stranger to kidnapping innocent people. He wants to keep up a pro Capitol front so if Sig wouldn't work for this it's way cool to pick someone else.
