Hi, I'm Kirk, and I never know what to say in these things. I'm new, I'm attached romantically to the evil mastermind behind Kevin (and in the same house no less, so if you can't reach one of us, you can try the other), and I look forward to being here with you horrible people. (Don't look at me, I was under the impression this was like "Horrible People: The Game(s)".)

I try to crack a lot of jokes. Gomen gomen, maybe I should have apped the Joker (no not actually, never that).

So here I am bringing you Edward Nygma, in the flavor of the DCnU/New 52 that everyone who reads it pretty consistently loves or hates. Riddler has always been my favorite Rogue since childhood, but I never got into the comics because 1) money and 2) catching up to a media that has more than half a century of material is a lot to ask of a person. The new stuff has only about three years of history. Much easier to consume.

My (IC written) HMD is here, and my permissions post is here which includes a little form if you would be so inclined as to take a second or two to fill that out. Anyone who doesn't will be assumed as a "No, I would not like Eddie peeking around for weaknesses from past arenas or whatnot." I don't need any complete forms until the current arena is over anyway, so no rush!

edit: oh yes, Eddie is District 6, which I hear is where they put all the nut jobs, which is appropriate, so. Yeah. Also it's funny because Vin and I share a living space and now so do our characters.

I look forward to some very interesting CR between them. Admittedly I'm utterly canon blind to most of DC, but I'm not going to let that ruin our days when it comes to tagging.

It's nice to meet you, and oh man, definitely!! I'm only familiar with the Marvel cinemaverse myself so it balances out? It'd be interesting to see if (how) they butt heads and/or challenge each other, especially considering the competitive nature of the game.

Eddie is from a really early point in the Batman timeline, where Batman had only even been doing the cape and cowl thing for... I'd estimate 3-4 months. I actually deliberately picked his canon point because it makes it easier to cover important topics (most of which are not going to be immediate OOC need to know info so don't worry about being canon blind at all).

Considering Tony gets on everyone's nerves fast enough I'm sure they're quickly going to get headbutty and challenging.

The one notable thing about the reboot comics is that Eddie is actually Batman's first chronological super villian, which is really exciting.
