Arena Update.

Power was temporarily lost in the Arena due to mysterious circumstances which were investigated thoroughly. Luckily the problem was quickly and easily dealt with and there should be no other disruptions for the duration of the Arena.

Capitol Update.

More of our fallen Tributes have graciously offered to help the Capitol with the strange new illness affecting some of our best and brightest. These scientists will be rewarded handsomely for their work. At the Capitol, we would like to remind you to practice basic hygiene such as washing your hands and not sharing eyeshadow with each other. Please be aware that as far as we know, the current illness is not fatal, only unpleasant, and you should all be right as rain soon.

Also, would Shep need a reason to attack Steve first or give Steve a good reason to attack first? If so she does need one, I was thinking I could see about Steve being the one to kill Thane (self defense of course). Or would that ruin their chances of future... whatever they will have?

It don't think it would ruin anything, since Shepard is quite literally not above making a deal with space hitler for the sake of a sufficiently important mission, but it would mean that Steve would have to be quite sorry about it afterward. It would be a hell of a conversation.

I have fulfilled most of the things I wanted to do in this arena, except perhaps something with De Winchester. And, of course, we can kill them whenever we want, we don't need no dice to tell us when. Let me talk with De's mun, and I'll give you a more definite answer, if you'll let me know how the idea with Thane goes down.

Hm, well if Steve did it in self defense (which right now is the only way he'll kill), he wouldn't be sorry /rubs chin So, I can skip it.

I think I've done all I wanted in the arena at this point. The only thing left was maybe his first kill, but that can always wait for the next arena, no rush on that.
