The major part of the portal plot has finally begun! Capitol-soldiers and all Capitol-offworlders (as hostage) are now entering the fray but disaster has struck! Characters will need to work together to stop the Destruction of Panem! How this works is as follows:

1. Those who want their characters to go home (especially at the risk of breaking the character if not) will get to do so! They may or may not have memories of Panem. The chances of memories are low but we're not going to stop you from having characters bring their chips with them! Characters who are leaving will have this last minute chance to shout goodbyes. Let us know in the "LEAVING" header if that's the case for you. (You are still, of course, welcome to stick around with NPC peacekeepers or with the 4th wall.)

2-a. Those characters who are staying are staying for life! They may not even go home on death, who knows, but keeping memories is something that will (need) to be dealt with later! Panem is your home now and you've got to fight for it. If your character is a native, this has always been home and so of course they'll be staying. Regardless, If your character is on this mission and staying please leave a comment under the "STAYING" header.

2-b. If your character is staying, what you'll need to do is place at least one comment from your character in the scientist thread! This comment is about taking hands to help the scientist reach the computers without being drawn in. Once everyone who's staying has commented ICly, the portal's ties will be closed for all but President Snow's, putting a bandaid on the disaster! After that, a third and final piece of this plot will be placed in.

Once this plot is wrapped, we will be heading into our Final Battle and true endgame. Make sure you mark your character in the appropriate comments. If we don't see your name we'll have to assume you're not sticking around!

ACTIVITY CHECK -- Game Cycle 15
Please read thoroughly as some information has changed.


This is the activity check for Game Cycle 15 (12/31/15 through 05/18/16), our last AC check. You can make separate comments, or one comment for all characters if you have multiples, just make sure we can clearly pick out the characters. All activity is counted from the last post, until this one. Any activity posted after this post will not count for this AC. For example, if you started a thread, and it is at 7 comments right now, you can count all the points for that thread up to 7 comments, but if it hits 10 tomorrow, it does not count.

Please remember you need to report at least 200 credits worth of activity. This can be achieved in any combination of ways. To review the different ways to earn credits please refer to this post. The more you claim, the more credits you have, but you are only required to claim 200 to pass AC. All credits earned between 12/31/15 and 05/18/16 count for this cycle.

You will also need to reply to the IC and OOC posts for The Last Flower Girl plot to pass this AC. This can be found here and here. The final thing we need from you all is to fill out this here. That is at least three things! AC, Last Flower Girl, and War Motives. Be sure to hit them all.

Capitol Disposable PCs need only provide a link to an open post made this cycle (between 9/11 and 12/30) as proof of activity. District Disposables need not comment.

IF YOU ARE A NEW PLAYER/HAVE A NEW CHARACTER:

If you have joined within 3 weeks of this post you are cleared for no activity and will begin this round with the default 200 credits all new players are given. However, we would like to know you're here! Please comment to this post that you are 'checking in,' just so we can be sure you're still with us. If you've earned more than 200 credits already, please feel free to claim those instead, but note that you either get the credits you've earned or the 200 default credits. You do not get both.

If you join after this post went up, your character will receive the default 200 credits upon checking in. Any activity you accumulate going forward will count toward the next cycle.

If you do not check in, you character will be considered dropped and hand waved to have been killed in battle. All active characters must reply to this post, otherwise they will be considered dropped.

You have until 11:59 pm Eastern time on Thursday, 05/25/2016 to report in for AC.

You will want to have as many credits as you can get, however you only have to post 200. You will be using credits both to potentially buy out deaths and to purchase things like smuggled letters. Remember: things can get pretty pricey! The more credits you've claimed, the easier it is to buy stuff! Credits DO NOT roll over. Use them or lose them!

Hello Games! Endgame is just around the corner but we need a few more things from you. The final battle will be taking place in the Capitol. What we need to know is what your character will be up to (to help calibrate rolls). Are they going into the Capitol to dismantle the establishment or act as support to those who will? Are they a Capitolite fleeing for their lives or fighting to defend their world? (Will they be protecting Snow and/or the Portal or looking to destroy them?) In simple terms, please state here what they are doing.
