Because of the length of time between our activity checks, we do a mid-cycle check in to clear out idlers and allow new people to come in.

All players must provide a link to show us one thread per character that they've been tagging during the cycle (anything from September 11th until now is fair game.) It can be brand new activity, or it could be a thread from the last arena you've been plucking away at, anything so long as it demonstrates that you are actively participating in the game. The only stipulation is that the thread have at least 3 comments from your character during the current cycle (prior to this post going up on November 10th). You'll need to provide one recent thread per character per mid-cycle check in, but you won't need to worry about estimating credit counts or tallying anything up for those check-ins. A simple link will do.

Please comment here with your character names and journals before November 17th. All characters must check in though disposable PCs don't need to post a link. Anyone who has not checked in here within one week will be removed. In order to be exempted from the check in, you must have a hiatus notice posted to the hiatus/drop page or have contacted the moderators.

So I've come to the realization that I managed to do absolutely nothing with Zed last Arena...which is probably speaking of some pretty sizable motivation issues on my part. Much as I hate to do it, I'm going to drop him for the time being. He's not going to be coming back from this Arena, sad to say. I've had a ball inflicting his sparkly horribleness on everyone, and you've all been great fun to play him with!

I'll still be here with Nitou and Torin, though! So there is that.

 So, ah... I think it's probably time to admit that I can't handle everything I'm trying to do at the moment. I have solidly packed deadlines and exams from now until Dec 17 (why yes I do hate the university administration for this how kind of you to notice), and my health is shaky at best, and of course there's still Christmas things to worry about, so. Consider this my official apology for my poor activity lately, and warning of a slowatus/hiatus that might well last into January.

I hate doing this when the game's in such interesting times, but I'm trying to do self-care here, so RP just dropped right down my list of priorities.

I'll probably continue with the threads I'm already in, albeit slowly, and if you need me for any important plot things (and are willing to put up with slowness), I'll be around on Plurk and am willing to set up a few new threads as necessary, but on the whole I'm just going to pull back a way.

This affects all my characters (Alain, Beck, Éowyn, and Sansa).
