News that is mostly relevant to people placed in District 10, but can be relevant to everyone that wants it to be relevant to them:

Peggy, the Mentor of District 10, has been pretty baffled by how little information is given to new Tributes and how hard it is to find all the facts relevant to them in one place. So she put together a binder of information and put it on her District's coffee table with a little label saying, "For New Tributes". It has information about Panem, the Hunger Games, and resources that are available to Tributes. It also acts as a place for people to OOCly look at all the IC information their characters should probably know after being in Panem for a certain amount of time.

This will be subject to editing as more information becomes relevant. While it's intended for District 10, anyone who's passing through can pick it up and flip through it and Peggy won't mind. If you think I'm missing something or anything is confusing, hit me up and I can fix it. Happy Hunger Games!

Heyo! Just wanted to briefly apologize for OOC introing and then...disappearing without a trace. I have a slight medical crisis (which I won't get into, because it's not the time nor place for it, but if anyone's worried I'm doing fine!) which kind of knocked me on my ass. I just threw up Matt's intro finally, and I'm hoping I'm back at full mental capacity now so I can give this game the attention it deserves. C:

Hi all!

Just giving a heads up that, in addition to finishing out a lonnnng exhausting week of work, I have family coming up to visit for the next few weeks. I may be able to prod at backtags here and there, but I most likely won't have time/brainspace to do major tagging or start new stuff.  I'll be gone until around the 19th at most, but hopefully I can come back sooner depending on family and work load.

Hey guys! Turns out bar study is harder than I thought it was. I'm going to need to hiatus a lot next month and I'm in some great threads right now so I'm not hiatusing entirely, but I apologize if it takes me a week or more to get to non-plot tags.
