The following characters are barred from receiving or sending sponsor gifts during Arena 11 as per the jailbreak plot:

What does this mean for you, the player?  It means you can still spend all the credits you’ve earned for your character, it means it ICly cannot be attributed to them.  The tribute characters listed above cannot receive gifts in the Arena this cycle either (** with the exception of Clementine.)  

So for example, Ali had 500 credits for Courfeyrac for this cycle.  She can still buy things for people with those credits, but instead of being from him, they would be from anonymous sponsors.  Ali also cannot use those 500 credits to buy things for Courfeyrac, but she could spend them on a character who hadn’t participated in the jailbreak and been caught, like Felicity or Molly Hooper or Sif (for example.)

Clementine is the lone exception to the no-gifts rule, as she was the only Tribute who was caught aiding & abetting and not actually breaking anyone out of jail.  Clementine can still receive gifts from sponsors, but her own account is frozen and ICly any gifts she buys should be attributed to anonymous donors.

All characters can still be bought out of death!  The same standard death buy-out rules apply as always!
