HELLO FRIENDS I am Amry, you may know me for playing/having played Neffa a Reyeth now and in the past, and I am bringing in as my second character one Cecil Palmer, the voice of Welcome to Night Vale!

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT CECIL: He is coming in as a Capitol AU, born and raised in this, the greatest city in Panem, and enthusiastic to a degree that some may find uncomfortable about the city, the Games, and especially the Tributes. He cannot wait to tell you all about it.

Much like his canon counterpoint, Cecil's moral compass does not point strictly north! In fact, it is not entirely clear around what point Cecil's moral compass is oriented. In fact, it not entirely clear whether Cecil has a moral compass or more of a moral vaguely-compass-shaped object formed of a conglomeration of accumulated pocket lint and fear. He, in any case, does not make a distinction. You probably should not trust him too much. However friendly he might be.

This is what Cecil's voice sounds like! As a lot of his communication with the Capitol is going to be voice-only, I thought it might be useful to link, for those who don't listen to the podcast - his mode communicating is... pretty distinctive!
