Greetings, fellow sentients, this is Tipple here, Guy's player, bringing a new character into the game that I'm really excited about, one Querl Dox aka Brainiac 5 of the Legion of Superheroes, representing District 8.

A little about Brainiac: he is kind of a (somewhat) reformed dick from Colu (planet of the smart, smug assholes) who used to basically be Sherlock, pre-John Watson, with more of a mad science angle. Then he found a whole superhero team full of John Watsons so now he has insides so fuzzy they probably look like the interior of a teenager's van from the 70's. He tries his best to hide his gushy center but his team still manages to drag him out of the lab for anti-grav foosball anyway so he's mostly given up on it.

He was also pretty much the smartest person in his galaxy before his universe kersploded in one of those Crises DC Comics is so fond of having every few years. DC likes making characters godmode ridiculous sometimes and Brainy's no exception.

To hide his crazy yen for altruistic stuff since it's basically suicide to let it be known he's a superhero and as smart as he is, outwardly he's going to act like a massive jerkface troll (so feel free to have fun with that) and make use of his amazing poker face to seem like a self-serving individual just trying to play the game to win and move upward in Capitol society. Inwardly, he's going to be getting fond of his fellow Tributes, raging at the injustice of it all, and wanting to do all he can to help his fellow Tributes and the districts in Panem, seeing it as his solemn duty as a Legionnaire to protect all sentient life from harm and oppression.

Which is where all of you come in. I talked to the mods and Brainy's going to possibly make a few things possible that weren't before.
