Skidmo here (Clint, Nikola, Eddie, Atticus) with what will almost definitely be my very last character here: Hatter from Syfy's Alice!

Hatter is being played as a Capitol AU and is a rather shady character. He runs a tea shop where they sell mood-altering Teas as well as just regular tea. (If you've seen the series he's from, it's the same basic concept.) So send your character on down for a dose of Happiness or Contentment or Innocence or Excitement. (Only good feelings, no bad ones.)

His shop is open to Tributes and citizens alike. The one catch is that everyone must wear a hat to enter. If you don't have one, he will provide you with one. You may not like it.

In addition to being a tea shop, it's also a venue to place bets on the Games, so he may be throwing a viewing party for the finale when we get closer to that time.

Anyway, I'm happy to have him here, and I hope you'll enjoy playing with him!

Hello! My name's Chez, and I'm bringing you Rupert Giles from Buffy the Vampire Slayer! He's a past victor, mentor, and possibly the sanest person ever to win for District One.

His AU info can be found here; other Panem natives might know him as "Ripper," wildly popular twenty years ago and determinedly avoiding the spotlight now. Hobbies include acoustic guitar (his post-arena talent), reading every book in the Capitol, and getting too attached to his tributes. All brave underdog teenagers are invited to join him for tea and fatherly advice.

This is your friendly neighborhood Inkwell, who also plays the Signless, bringing you his second character, Klaus Wulfenbach from the comic Girl Genius! Signless is my newest muse, but Klaus is my oldest: I've been playing him in DWRP since the heyday of Mayfield (RIP, you hellhole). He's the complete opposite of the Signless in that he's cynical, quiet, tends to believe the worst of people, and is tall. Seven feet tall.

This particular Klaus Wulfenbach is a Past Victor AU from District 3. He won the 35th Hunger Games, the details of which you can find on his app either on the app page or in his journal. Basically, you Panem characters very likely know him best for his really fiddly amazing clocks and/or choking a girl to death on a beach after grabbing her knife by the blade like a dumbass. Well, that and his obnoxiously volatile rivalry with District 7 Mentor Othar Tryggvassen, which tends to get trotted out every few years or so and laughed about.

If you're interested in working out pre-existing CR between them, since most Capitol people and especially past Victors would likely know him, hit me up! His excuse for not having been around since the start of this round of Games is that he's been working on a very pricey commission of a building-sized clock installation, and that's done now, so he can get back to the kidmurder we all know and love. Except some of you aren't kids. What's up with that.
