THE CAPITOL

Weather is hot in the capitol, and tensions high as the games start to get closer to the end. The parties are becoming more lavish as the game winds down, those in high society trying to one up each other for the best party.

Various Mentors are still missing, and there a mandatory thread for mentors and tributes as they leave the arena.

There will be a player plot and HMD thread posted in the next day or two, as well as a large party thread for people in the capitol.

In addition, we would like to encourage use in the network, but we also understand there are IC reasons for the Tributes to not trust it. Although this game will always be more log based than network based, we wanted to bring this up for discussion to the players.
