Hey guys, it's Krystal. Usually I play a dweeby scientist who wears lab coats all the time, but today I'm bringing in someone a little different, with significantly better social skills. This is Stephanus Reagan, and he'll be an escort for District 6.

CAPITOL PEOPLE: Stephen is the youngest member of the Reagan family, which you've probably heard of. There are only three of them still alive, but they have a seventy-five year illustrious history as movers and shakers in the Capitol. Stephen's father was heavily involved in politics and died under ~mysterious circumstances~ -- a tragic sudden illness took him. Stephen's mother is an event coordinator for powerful political clients. Stephen's older brother, Cyrus, is as involved in politics as his father, and if you're not Stephen, you know that Cyrus is a callous, callous man who sees the people in the Districts as subhuman. He's overprotective and has sheltered Stephen from the Capitol's uglier side.

Stephen himself is a hedonistic playboy -- easy to get along with, but very easy-come easy-go. If you're attractive and down for it, you could totally be one of his exes. Seriously, that's the only qualification. Stephen Reagan has horrible taste in people. I'm also down for friends or enemies (probably petty grudges).

DISTRICT SIX PEOPLE: Stephen's been mentoring for District Six for about five years. He's been away since gamestart because Cyrus Reagan didn't want Stephen involved in the Neverending Quell. Cyrus could only keep Stephen away from his job for so long, though, so now he's back! Stephen isn't a bad sort, and while he'll try to herd all of you to events, if you're actually really uncomfortable with going, he'll do his best to make excuses for you. He's an idiot, but he does care about his Tributes, and will have your back as best he can. He's just nicely starting to see Tributes as more than their public personas.

So she's currently an NPC now where I give input on how she'd act (since I am not good at keeping up with non-tributes) but the D5 Stylist Claudia Kishi (Panem AU) is noted for being boy crazy and a former character and I'd totally offer her up as an ex. (Her journal is at stilest if you want to have a look.)

Oh man, yes, Stephen would definitely have gone for it. It probably lasted no more than a month or two, and was very shallow, which is a shame because they totally could have bonded over having siblings who are better at the family business than they are. It was probably one of Stephen's longer-lasting relationships, and the breakup was on good terms. Sound about right?

Hilariously, Claudia is now officially an ex of BOTH the new capitol characters this round.

College ex sounds great! Stephen attended escort school, which I assume involves etiquette/management/secretarial training, but that's probably less a full-fledged four-year major and more a two-year trade course. Before that he studied political science, so they probably met through art, since Stephen is a cultured sort who totally goes to galleries and has Opinions.

AS FOR PUNCHY, OH MAN, I THINK HE'S ACTUALLY GOING TO GET ALONG WITH PUNCHY?? He had a best friend in his canon who was loud, obnoxious, hit on everyone, inappropriate, dumb, and creative. If Punchy is OK with partying with someone from the Capitol, Stephen will totally party with him.

HEY HEY I am excited about it! I looked over Perry's app and Arena adventures -- I've been relentlessly researching the D6 Tributes -- and Stephen is totally going to be that asshole who thinks that Perry killing R when R brought up Julie was incredibly badass and super cool. He won't bring it up immediately, but wow, seeing that much passion from someone who'd been so stoic up until then was incredible!!

stephen's not a cruel man, he's just very, very much a product of his environment and its values and expectations. so. tributes losing their minds and having breakdowns is totally awesome.
