Sometimes we want to plot with our fellow players, but are either too shy to approach them, or we just don't get the chance. Basic personality: She is loosening up. Yay! But still very prim, proper, and well mannered. And still clearly a Capitol citizen, if becoming a Capitol citizen on the Tribute's side.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She has been bonding with people, and becoming less brainwashed and more passionate. She has given up hope on Haymitch, and generally been stressed, though less so now she has some mentors to split the load with.

Character: Eddie Dean
District and/or job: 3 mentor
Basic personality: Laid back, kind a loud mouth smart ass. Wants to truly help people. Thinks he's funny. Sometimes is. Also a big old drug addict helping run a morphling ring back home opps.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Dealing with suddenly feeling like he gives a shit more than he is comfortable with. Dating Suze. Mentoring.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Soon the drug thing is gonna come to a nasty head. So if you want in on the druggy plots, jump on in now, he's happy to share.

Character: De
District and/or job: 1, tribute
Basic personality: Snarky, smart ass outside, soft and damaged inside. Big flirt, smart mouth, not a lot of trust in her.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She still sorta new and like wtf. Doesn't know yet that the guy she's been bonding with is her bro.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: The Capitol does know Sam's her bro, so she's gonna find out that and hate everything. She's also a huge flirt with anything with anything human, still distrusts anything not human, and can probably fourth wall you, if you want.

Katniss is the D12 mentor, and coming around pretty solidly to the whole rebellion thing, though she has no context for it. Just a want to fuck over the Capitol and protect her people.

Crentus is her normal pleasant self, but still is very vacant dealing with politics. She has generally been nastier than normal when she sees people, which is rarely.

Elias is living in the Capitol in hiding, and is looking to physically contact people in regards to the rebellion.

Character: Joel
District and/or job: District 8 Tribute!
Basic personality: Jerkass with a soft spot for his surrogate daughter, Ellie. Joel comes from a post-apocalyptic world where he's been forced to do a lot of really terrible things in the name of survival so he comes off as gruff and distant most of the time, if not outright rude or assholish! You can find a more detailed run-down of his personality in his app!
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He arrived early in the arena, and found Ellie. Then Ellie died in his arms and he kind of went a little nuts for a while. He only killed one person, The Creature, but he was basically a huge asshole to most everyone he met and Ellie's death/the aftermath especially is probably being shown a lot on arena highlight reels. Since he's been in the Capitol he's calmed down considerably given that... hey Ellie's alive again. Mostly he's been following her around or scoping things out on his own, taking advantage of the plentiful food especially (and buying Ellie comic books).
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: He signed up for the motorcycle race! Okay so he's not actually saying that he did, but he WILL be giving Ellie some lessons - other people he has positive CR with are also welcome to come along (or bring their friends along) for lessons. Uhhh otherwise I don't have much specifically planned for him, but I'm always open to ideas!

Peeta, Cindy, and Perry

Character: Peeta Mellark
District and/or job: District 12/Mentor
Basic personality: Peeta is a nice guy who feels kind of guilty for why everyone is here, but he's dedicated to helping out his tributes, and any friends he has made (there's a lot of them). He's really good at navigating the whole pro-Capitol persona while also in no way being pro-Capitol, and trying to let people know that. But he's getting tired, more and more depressed, as he has no idea what to do now.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Well, he went to the crowning for Enjolras and hid out under a table for a little bit. When the tributes got to go on their victory tour to their district, Peeta was so happy. It really cheered him up, to be able to be home for a little bit. That good feeling has gone down, though, during this arena. It's a lot of work that he was just not ready for, and it's beginning to show to some people. Thankfully, not to the sponsors!
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: It's Peeta Mellark, ladies and gentlemen, so he's all over the place. I love plots, and he's really easy to throw into things, and comes with a perspective on Panem, if anyone wants it; he's willing to give it. He's going to be doing some romance stuff with Katniss, because that really needs to be amped (we say this every time but this time I swear it's happening). He's just around. I need to get him out into the city more, but going out with someone is better then going alone. Also, any D12 people, he should probably talk to you again. Maybe after every arena would be good? Peeta is super easy to put in anywhere, for almost anything.

Character: Cindy (Cinderella)
District and/or job: District 11/Tribute
Basic personality: She's a fairy tale character, and is pretty much the opposite of what everyone would expect of a fairy tale princess. She worked as a spy back home, so she's good at killing people and sneaking around, and she's sarcastic and fond of story telling. She likes to flirt, likes to dress up, likes a lot of things while holding the loathing on the inside. She's one of the best actresses you will ever find. And her parents had a sick sense of humor in naming her after a fairytale.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Let's see. She was killed by Venus in the last arena, which sucked because she went into that thing injured and hell no. She talked to Eva after she'd been killed, and has recruited her (some what) into the seditious pamphlet making business. On the Victory Tour, she talked to some of her fellow tributes, and at the party talked to one in particular while wearing a fabulous dress. Then the arena happened, she hooked up and had fun with Courfeyrac which was great. Clearly the dress worked. Among other things. She killed people in the arena by hiding on top of the elevators in the elevator shaft, and then dropping down on them, bringing them into the elevator and killing them. She had teamed up with Mindy to find some weapons, and also teamed up with Joel for scavenging a little. Then she was tortured by Shepard and killed. Now she's back to her usual thing in the Capitol.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Well, the seditious thing is going on with Enjolras (gotta do), and Eva. She'll probably end up spending time with a certain someone because clearly living in the same space is the best thing ever. Otherwise I really do need to get her out more and doing things. And she'll be in the training room a lot as well, for anyone who wants to run into her there. She's open to a lot of stuff, basically, she could use more friends and allies for next time.

Character: Perry Kelvin
District and/or job: District 6/Tribute
Basic personality: Depressed, suicidal guy who killed himself via being a zombie's dinner, and he was really happy to be dead. Though, now he's become a sort of okay with living guy? Not a lot, but he's smiling a tiny bit. Laughing a little. He's working on it.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Oh boy. So he got eaten by a raptor, then at the crowning ceremony he talked to a bunch of people, and threw Ellie into the air. And they floated around and it was great. Victory tour, he didn't do much of anything except be there. In the arena, though, he did a ton of stuff. He knocked Kain down to the cornucopia but still kicked a knife over to him. He and Eponine went scavenging. He met up with R as a human, and they talked a little, until Rat shot R and then Perry watched him die (sort of). He finally saw that Julie was also in this place, and alive! Even though he attacked her first and that was bad. Then he checked out the masks with Zelos, had Hawkeye tell him what to do with army protocol. Then he killed Chaud and Jet but slicing necks and hitting with crowbars. Their friend Albert found him, and using the roman candle he had, he blew up Perry, the gift shop, and himself. It was awesome. Out of the arena he has done nothing but keep to himself.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Once again, Perry could use a lot of stuff. Friends, actual friends, though he's hard to get to know. He's a little more willing to give people a chance now, then before. The Capitol has some crazy weird ships, because R and Perry clearly have a relationship based on one eating the others brain. And then a threesome thing with Julie. He needs to work on his image but he doesn't care. He needs to get outside more, and he'll go around by himself, but it'll be better for him if he's with someone. This is the guy who did not want to live, but he's alive now, and he is so mixed up and confused about it all. He doesn't know what he wants now, and is willing to be talked into doing things that could potentially be dangerous.

Basic personality: The friendly, genuinely nice member of the French collective. Also the one who will hit on all the women and kill you with his charm.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He had 4 kills in the Arena, built a barricade made of fossils, made out with Cinderella, then lit the damn place on fire before getting decapitated. And he's just now returning to the Capitol to reunite with his friends!
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: He can be found hanging around Marius, Joly, and Enjolras, as well as Mini Max and Cindy. He'll be involved in the race, but I'm really open to new CR opportunities!

Character: Guy Crood
District and/or job: District 6 Tribute
Basic personality: Curious, inventive, friendly, compassionate, a survivor, occasionally clingy, acts like his personal theme song should be The Discovery Channel "I love the whole world" song, about as twitchy and neurotic as you'd expect of a dude who lived alone in the wilderness for more time than he's lived with people.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Guy had a rough arena this time, because of the exhibits in the museum about prehistoric people, having his ear drum explode, and dying in the tar pit. He's starting to wear down a little bit and get sadder and more tired because of everything going one.

Now that the arena is over he'll be trying to find ways to let off steam in the Training Center, like training and athletic stuff, and trying to find ways to have fun despite all the horrible things going one.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Guy will talk at anyone and everyone and I'm always open for new CR. And I'm looking for all kinds of CR. Negative CR would be fun but I'm also kind of having Guy expand his monkeysphere, too, so he sees a lot of the people around him as tribe. I also always love tossing him into situations where he freaks the hell out over something, ala his meeting with Zoidberg. Guy is in over his head in a wildly unfamiliar situation and culture shock - and cultural sharing - is fun.

A warning for anyone that wants to build CR with him, though: Long term I am going to have Guy have to deal with bidding so future stuff could get dark. I don't plan to go full throttle into 24 hour depressing stuff but it will definitely affect his character so if you build close CR with him he's going to act like someone would while dealing with that kind of trauma. If that would be uncomfortable for you or triggering, it'd be better to aim for Guy and your characters just being friendly acquaintances or for you to hit me with my other character I'm not going that dark a route with him.

Character: Sherlock Holmes
District and/or job: District 2
Basic personality: Super intelligent but kind of a dick.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Sherlock has been here long enough that he's incredibly depressed, and with the recent addition of another version of himself, has also convinced himself that he has to be the 'bad' guy between them. He broke Howard's hand in this arena and made his first intentional kill in the one before that. He's been getting a lot of info about the capitol in myriad ways, and he has Punchy's code for being able to shut down the network that he is eventually intending on using. I have a plot I've been planning with him for a long time now that is hopefully going down after the next arena, but details on that when I can make them available.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Like I said, I have a plot coming up but basically he will probably be trying to play more into this idea of the 'dark' version of Sherlock though he will not be growing a goatee. Would love some negative CR for him. He's going to be very depressed and likely slightly suicidal.


Character: Ellie
District and/or job: District 1
Basic personality: Foul mouthed teenager with a sense of justice but very practical.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Her sort-of surrogate Dad appeared last arena and she's kind of crushing on Venus a bit.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Nothing really laid out in stone! She's really easy to make new friends with but she's a little shaken after Aunamee killed her. She'll be in the Beginner race, though!

Character: Maximus
District and/or job: Mentor, District 3
Basic personality: Bad ass Gladiator
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In a relationship with Wyatt Earp, otherwise trying to find his footing with the whole mentor thing and not eat his own leg when he's not allowed in the arenas
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Would love some more mentoring CR, don't really have any major plots lined up!

So obviously this is no secret: I want more Mindy/Ellie time. She has friends (ish) but no one she connects to as well as Ellie, and this is kind of why she likes the girl. Mindy hasn't really had friends, and started being in the Capitol not having any expectations. Also Mindy gets in the way of Mindy a lot, so the two might actually balance each other out with their personal demons!

Prince Hans

Character: Prince Hans
District and/or job: District 5
Basic personality: Disarmingly sweet and charming, obliging and well mannered. He mirrors people, so he gets along with most anyone. Secretly manipulative and selfish, likes to use people for what he can get out of them.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Teamed up with Starkiller, is slowly becoming good friends with him. Watched Elsa kill Anna and in turn killed Elsa only to be struck with ice magic.

Returned to the Capitol to make All of the Friends.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Nothing specific planned, he currently has an open log with Elsa up. He's slowly trying to convince her to bless his engagement to Anna but the two have been talking as if they're engaged anyway. Yes, he does have ulterior motives, but in general he wants to be a hero and to be recognised so he's not going around backstabbing everyone. He's building himself a good reputation outside of the Arena.

Always looking for people he can use and people interested in being manipulated.

Character: Dr. Sigma Klim, Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward
District and/or job: District 10
Basic personality: Very awkward old cat man time traveler cyborg. Acts distant, but is a bleeding heart. As brilliant as he is socially clueless, but doesn't like to boast of his intelligence.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Sigma has taken Eponine and the Initiate under his wing. In the Arena, he does not play to win and prefers to help those he believes deserve it most. Outside of the Arena, well, Sigma has lots of kids and not enough friends! Sigma has done well to befriend the young Tributes but alienates himself from the adults by staying in his room. He's been overwhelmed by the Hunger Games lately, and is getting lonely and needs someone to talk to. still misses his dead family
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Recently, Sigma foresaw his and Don's death twice and only managed to save half of the pair. Nice work! He's upset about his psychic failure. He is also allied with The Initiate and will hopefully be getting to know his friends. Semi-made up with Wyatt for past grudges. As for wanted stuff, I want everything - new friends, new enemies. Go!

Basic personality: Nice enough, some of the time. She's become really jaded, though, and hasn't really cared a whole lot about human life in recent months. She's alcoholic, mentally unstable, completely without hope, and is willing to give her life for her friends at any moment.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She went through alcohol withdrawal in the recent arena, so that was fun. Died by the hands of Krazy Kevin (the WTNV one) and has been keeping herself busy since getting back home. She's been abstaining from alcohol, but I'm sure she's hit it hard by now. But yeah, sponsor dates, hanging with frands, etc etc.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Not a whoooole lot. I've been shipping with some peeps. You know who you are. One of these days, I want her to kill someone in an arena. Oh and lose her precious ribbon and got BAT SHIT INSANE OH GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY CRAZY LADY. She's literally barely hanging on to her sanity lately and that ribbon is keeping her there. UUUUUUUUUM. Idk, what you wanna do?

Stephanie --> Max and Topher

District and/or job: District 11 Tribute
Basic personality: Child soldier. There are any number of basic knowledge things she just doesn't know. Sometime she can be quite blunt when speaking and generally she doesn't get|show much emotion.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: This was her first arena. She's made some alliances that will follow her outside of the arena (French Crew) and attacked some fellow killer kids. The Capitol is really confusing for her, so she'll be avoiding going out too much at first. She created a small routine that reminds her of the structure she had at Manticore, but that can't last forever.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I've signed her up for the Advanced Race for the motorcycle plot|game. If nothing else she can be the "baton." That's really all that's planned for her at this point.


Character: Topher Brink
District and/or job: District 12 Tribute
Basic personality: He is a man-child. Some might say he's too intelligent for his own good and he's not afraid to flaunt his own genius. In fact he pretty much treats everyone as dumber than him until he gets to know them, and even then he still might think they're dumb.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He found himself returning towards the end of the arena and cursed his luck right away. After dying (thanks Venus) he has spent his time back in the Capitol trying to remember everything and everyone he once knew.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: His items from his original stay were sold to fans of the Games. He will be trying to get these back which will probably end horribly for him. He's not going to do that stupid motorcycle race, but he will laugh at the horrible things that happen to the riders.

Basic personality: Moody, introverted, keeps to himself and is very single-mindedly focused on training and combat. Someone better lighten this guy up!
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He went through his first arena and arena-death, and has had the resultant brooding moment along with his usual "I need to become even stronger" thing. He's been training non-stop since returning.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I'm up for anything with him! More allies for sure, and also deepening any potential alliances. I'd love to develop rivalries or make enemies with him, too, it's always a fun thing to play out. I'll be looking for the folks he got in the CR Roulette meme, of course, and am open to plot with them! Also, I signed him up for that motorcycle thing even though he has no idea what he's doing.

Basic personality: He's a legit revolutionary type who wants the absolute best for humanity. He can be stiff and kind of an asshole, but he means well, really! And he does have a sense of humor, I promise, it's just exceedingly dry and he usually prefers to play the fun police. Basically if you need an egalitarian stick in the mud, he's your guy.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Enjolras just survived his first Arena as a mentor. He pointedly didn't gift things or vye for sponsors just for Tributes in his District. Rather, he focused on the Amis and their periphery, as well as anyone else who seemed like they were "handling the Games well" (IE not being cruel to their fellow Tributes). He also endured a lot of gossip and got his ass handed to him by a gladiator. Oh, and he might actually have a mistress now or something. The struggle has been intense.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Some random things that are planned for the near future... The Amis are getting into an embarrassing barfight because why not. He and Cindy are continuing with their seditious newspaper business. And I was thinking of tossing him into the motorcycle-thing because mario kart with a dude from the 1830s seems like something I need in my life. That said, I am up for anything and everything. Come at me, bro.

District and/or job: District 9 Mentor
Basic personality: Outgoing, friendly, charming, Alastair's quite adept at navigating the Capitol and all of the public functions of a Mentor/Victor. But all that charm is hiding a man who makes it a point not to care about or become attached to anyone, if possible. He's figured out how not to be hurt or fucked up again, and that's to just not actually care about anything. But he knows better than to let anyone else know that.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Alastair's been out and about making appearances at parties and such. I'm still pretty new here, so there's not much beyond that, but he's sociable enough that he can reasonably be found just about anywhere!
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I don't have anything just yet! I'd appreciate all the CR and plots I can get, since I'm still figuring out my way around here!

Hello! We got rolled together for CR roulette. It sounds like he and Hans have a lot in common so I think it's finding a way for them to meet that will be interesting.

District and/or job: District 9, new mentor

Basic personality: Mindy is a vigilante on her world, young and hard nosed and has fun killing those who do wrong. She also has a sense of humor about things in general, although less about her current situation.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Basically? She's recently won the Arena but had to kill a few of her friends to do it. This is one step closer to getting an idea of what's going on in the Capitol. She'll be training, she always is, but plans to mentor too particularly any kids who want it. She's specifically geared to helping her friends so they don't have to die in another Arena.

Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Mindy will be dabbling in the resistance movement, starting to get her feet wet, but outwardly she'll be approving the Capitol's methods. Se'll be tortured about this, particularly considering the last Arena, and like an idiot she'll think she has to shoulder this alone. CR good and bad is welcome!

Sandy Marko // Spider-man Reign

Character: Sandy Marko
District and/or job: District 12, tribute, artist.
Basic personality: Scrappy, idealistic daughter of a villain.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Sandy had a long run of bad luck and bad choices in the arena that led to her getting wounded, ripped up her face and had her arm broken off. She was betrayed by Mindy and that caused her to try to actually kill the much more skilled girl. At the last minute she killed herself trying to blow up Mindy with her. Mindy walked away from the blast. She is now in deep contemplation about if she's really ready to start killing other tributes or if she want to keep trying to hold onto her ideals when everyone in the world is telling her to give them up.

Basic personality: Derpy, spacey lawyer-in-training but who can apparently get shut up by only three words. Totally thinks love and falling in love is the hottest shit. Adores and worships his wife. Fails at everything except apparently getting the girl of his dreams. Can fight relatively well, surprisingly, but will often just sacrifice himself. Dying for love is rad, guys. ~DADDY ISSUES~ Monarchy sucks. Napoleon is still gr8 maybe. Cries a lot.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He just dies a lot lol. Mostly tries to protect Cosette and his friends! He outright refuses to kill anyone unless there's no other choice, but he hasn't gotten to do that in the arenas yet. Died via poison (twice), once via zombie, and once via Cuthbert.

Arenas: marius has always been on the defensive in the arenas, but i do want him to get into a super serious fight sometime! He is actually pretty "formidable in battle" according to the V. Hugoster, but he'll only fight back when he feels that Cosette or his friends are threatened. ALSO i really want him to threaten to blow up a barricade (and possibly actually blow it up this time :3)

Capitol: He's spending as much time with Cosette as possible, and also his bros. I don't have anything other than that, honestly! Meeting new friends is always cool, and training with him is much welcome since he's actually trying to get better at protecting people now. /o/

District and/or job: District 9
Basic personality: Elsa is a bit of an introvert, though she's opening up and coming out of her shell. For the most part, she tries to come off as mature and calm, but sometimes she gives in and acts a little silly sometimes. She can also be a bit sad at times, having killed her sister in the arena by accident, but she's getting over that too.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: For a while Elsa stayed in her room because she was depressed over killing Anna in the arena by accident. Recently she's taken to exploring the Capitol though and she can be found out and about doing random things. She's also begun training with Hans, so you might also find her in the training room from time to time, practicing with a sword or bow- either with Hans, or alone if she gets the urge to do so without him.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: I have nothing planned for sure- she's going to be participating in the motorcycle race and that's about the only thing I know for certain. Otherwise, she'll just be training and exploring the Capitol.

Character: Starkiller
District and/or job: District 3
Basic personality: Starting out, he was fresh from a betrayal back home and so he was pretty gruff and angry. He's mellowed out a little more though- he's less angry, but he's rather blunt and easily annoyed. He has a pretty dry sense of humor and prone to deadpan snarking on occasion. But for the most part, he's just a big grouchy baby.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the arena, he was killed because the slippers he wore drove him crazy and someone caught him by surprise. Ever since then, he's been in the training rooms every day trying to become as good as he can be with as many weapons as possible. There's not a day that goes by that he doesn't train, so that's where he can usually be found.

Mica — Commander Jane Shepard | Mass Effect Trilogy

Character: Jane Shepard
District and/or job: The Terror of District Five
Basic personality: Rude, hypocritical, high standards, task oriented, awfully brutal even to her friends, but also loyal to a fault and ultimately a good person, almost despite herself. Basically, she's like that really mean cat who'll maul anyone who tries to pet it, but still rubs up on you all the time.

What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Typically Shepard spends her arenas fortifying and hoarding food, laying low, and only killing where she encounters people who seem like targets. Lately she has been acting more aggressively, basically out of low morale, to cope with the feelings she has about Thane not being around, and about having to watch Garrus and Thane die last arena.

Speaking of that last arena, she didn't make it to the final week, but she did end her run with a spectacular series of brutal kills made with glowing biotic superpowers! Wow!

Outside of the Arena she generally bums around and refuses to cooperate with any plans to make her schmooze with sponsers. She's not here to be graceful arm candy, and she's not going to try, because she sucks at it. If her performance last arena wasn't enough of a convincing factor, then the fact that she has beefy man-shoulders and looks terrible in feminine attire will not turn the tides here.

Oh, that, and getting drunk. She sees almost no reason to stay more sober than she has to, most nights. But her cyborg liver is pretty capable of handling it. Never fear!

I want Shep to make Kankri miserable with physical training, and I want her to assign various members of her crew to teach things to various other people she has under her wing like Ellie, Pruna, Sandy, and even Karkat whi is not under her wing at all. I want her to cement crew-relationships with people like Donatello, Max, and Wyatt, and make stronger those fledgeling relationships with people like Starkiller.

Basic personality: Hyper, loud, excitable, flirty, ditzy but under it all she's manipulative and wicked, homicidal and dangerous.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She died on the first day of the arena due to an unfortunate stroke of bad luck and a well applied jar of neurotoxin. She then spent the rest of the arena running around the various viewing parties cheering on her district, and then remembering all the people from Gotham or various alternate Gothams that have died and not come back. That made her sad and she moped a bit. Then she was given the opportunity to help Homura get her stolen cat back from Eponine. So she humiliated Eponine horribly in public. She has also started collecting plants for her room.

Harley is going to start taking the arenas more serious, trying to manipulate and off any tributes she doesn't like. She's going to start trying to zero in on people's emotional and mental weak points. (I'm more then happy to accept and volunteered information that she might have picked up from watching the arena.)

Susannah and Harley are already friends and I love their friendship, it's really great and I need to catch up on my pre-arena backtagging, but I would be lying if I didn't say that I kind of hope that eventually she takes her knowledge of Susannah's psyche as gathered during a bunch of girls' nights out and occasional slumber parties and uses it some arena down the line to drive her into going the Full Detta so that the two of them can spread chaos and terribleness in their wake until their glorious deaths.

Basic personality: He's a smart ass and a prankster and a very insecure killing machine. He can be very charming when he wants to be.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: Most recently Bert has been killed in the last week of the arena after being a massive douchewad to Wyatt in a fit of childish anger. He also lost a couple of people really badly this arena and his mood has been poor at best.

Basic personality: Friendly and flirtatious in public, intense and quiet in private.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He's trying to give his tributes swim lessons and he's been subtly working Cecil to try and gain some favor through his broadcasts.

Basic personality: Irritable, high strung, unstable, very dedicated mentor
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She has been working twice as hard to try and convince sponsors to send supplies to her relatively unstable and dangerous district. This is not made any easier by her dislike for fellow mentor and previous victor Enjolras who has publicly made his opinions known. These opinions clash with everything she was raised to believe.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: She is slowly coming to terms with what it means to be a mentor in this new Capitol, tributes losing by luck or being outmatched, tributes not being willing to listen to her or train under her. She's also unaware that Diana has tricked her into favoring her and treating her more softly then the other tributes. This will only get worse.

Basic personality: Assassin brat who loves ice cream. She has no qualms about killing or hurting, is slowly learning about things like games and fun. She tends to be quick to anger and is protective over Sandy while trying to make her stronger. She speaks with an annoying dialect (but if you oocly want to opt out you can do so
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She lasted five weeks, and didn't kill anyone until her last day when she killed Max, Armin and Danny in quick succession before fighting to the death with Mindy. The fight was suitably epic. She is pretty annoyed that Mindy is the victor. Back in the Capitol she has been hanging out with Duck (Effie bought her a duck...) and stuff.

Basic personality: Derpy genius kid who grew up in a dystopia before being rescued and learning about what it is to live. Loves animals. Also very yandere when it comes to people hurting Rat.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He lasted like a week into the arena before being killed by Mindy. He has been getting better at talking to Capitolites and managed to get people to sponsor Rat. He tried to attack Shepard for killing Rat and it went as well as you would expect. Currently learning to swim.

Basic personality: Kid from Chicago who is friendly, if a bit moody sometimes. He is a trained fighter, and was on his way to join the army (albeit a bit illegally) but as of the moment is refusing to kill in the arena. Often found partying
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: He got killed by Cuthbert and Susannah in the arena and didn't really do anything of note, except hide and get horribly burned. Since he's been back all his good intentions went out the window and he is back to his drinking and partying and morphling
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Ian is on a one way train to self destruction. I'd like influences (good and bad). He got Jet and American Sherlock on the cr roulette. Jesse is going to talk him into motorcycle racing. He is also pretty angry with the Capitol, but since he literally doesn't know what to do about it, he's just going to self destruct more because Gallaghers.

Basic personality: Sad, drunk, stupid teenage boy with rage issues.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the arena he was human for a short time, it gave him the opportunity to have his first time making love with Eponine. The two have formed a mildly dysfunctional and unhealthy relationship. No one's sure yet if it will be a positive or negative experience in the long run.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Orc is in the process of trying to convince Penny to torture/heal him again. To make him human once more. He's also trying to maintain his relationship with Eponine, fix his friendship with Howard and avoid being the monster that he turns into whenever he is angry.

Basic personality: Pretty stiff-mannered kid, generally a holier-than-thou knowitall who doesn't actually know what he's talking about. Has his heart in the right place but he ends up missing the mark on his attempts to understand and respect other people.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: In the Arena he had a very touching friendship arc with Venus that ended with her dying in his arms; there was romantic drama when he hatekissed Karkat that he will get very displeased about if you bring it up; and he was the last of three nubby troll serial murders involving dismemberment and general smearing of corpses on the walls, courtesy of Justin Law. With the Arena going on Kankri's been too scared and out of his element to be as much of his normal obnoxious self as he could be, but he's settling into that now that he's back in the Capitol.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Now that things have settled down and he has a group of people he knows reasonably well, Kankri's been getting to be a bit more of a mouthy persnickety little shit. I'd love to get to expand on that more! Particularly I hope someone would like to troll or tease him because he does not respond well at all. Even if your character is friends with him he can get pretty snide, and I am certainly open to more friends; but certainly I would love negative CR with him as well.
