A new mentor steps forward

Hello, Games!

This is Ly (player of the dumb blond American, Jet) bringing in a second character named Dale Barbara, "Barbie" to those who love him and hate him alike. He's from Stephen King's series, Under the Dome but he's been AU'd in as a past victor for District 1.

Barbie's info is all in his app on his journal, but the gist is that he's very charismatic, charming, generally kept his nose clean and has negative sentiments about the capitol that have been stewing for the past few years.

He's been staying out of the limelight for the most part and is just now stepping up to take the mentoring mantle again, so while I'm open to plotting out previous CR, no one's obligated for it.

Jessica is known as a party girl figure in the Capitol. She also is a spokesmodel for some luxury brands and spends her time attending parties and hanging out with Victors of similar persuasions. It's likely that they would have encountered one another if only because they are both Victors/Mentors. IDK much about him, but anything would work for me!

That would work! Barbie used to go to parties a lot for years after he won and still goes to them now, just not as many and he's 'quieter' than what he was, though still very sociable, so it'd make sense that they'd have met at those and gotten to know each other.

Effie would probably have been very like "Oh you are such a good career!" at him at some point when he was being a model citizen. And Eddie hates 1, so. probably woulda been an asshat until he came back mellowed out.

Both of those sound perfect. Barbie would have been all charm and smiles for Effie when he was being Mr. Perfect Career and I'm totally up for strained CR with Eddie. :D
