Hi everyone!

My name's Manda and I am brand spanking new to The Games and bringing in a Panem AU of Seras Victoria from the series Hellsing.

Seras in this universe is a former victor from District 2 and now mentor to you D2 tributes! She doesn't particularly want the job but she will try hard for you guys being super nice and all (with some repressed anger issues but shhhh!). Once upon a time she wanted to be a Peacekeeper until the Capitol shattered her dreams and since she comes from a Career district with many former victors she's only now being roped into mentor duties which explains why she hasn't appeared before.
