Hey all! Stacey here with my second and, for a long while last, character: Velma Kelly from Chicago. She's a Hunger Games AU and is now a past victor/mentor from district 8. Her entire history is here in her app, but she's been keeping away from the Games for the past several years so no need for district 8 people to crunch in any rewritten history- she'll be getting to know you all this round.

For current AU people/canon Hunger Games characters, I'd love to work out some background stuff. I'd especially love a couple Capitol people to know her secrets from back in district 8 to blackmail her with a bit. Hit me up here or on plurk at thepenguinred if interested!
