I'm Lady Vincira, and I'm a super newbie here! I'm bringing you Kevin from Welcome to Night Vale...or, if you prefer, Welcome to Desert Bluffs. His app with lots of pertinent info is over on his main journal, BUT the cliff notes version: He's a really super nice guy who...also happens to have reaaaaaally pointy teeth and black eyes. Also he tends to be covered in gore.

But he's really a nice guy! He'll be in District 6 after this arena.

I'm game for allllllll kinds of things with Kev, and if you want some nightmare fuel, I'm definitely your gal. If you want some fluff, though, actually, Kevin is still a good choice...it just depends on the scenario!
