The seal disappears to display



The anthem concludes as the Capitol’s seal reappears and disappears as the music ends.

THE CAPITOL

In addition to Valeria's party a crop of rain themed parties have cropped up, inspired by the Gamemaker's event and the heat.

Various Mentors are still missing, and there a mandatory thread for mentors and tributes as they leave the arena.

Because there are a large amount of death's this round, we're opening it up for you guys to plots around at first, but if nothing is clicking, we are also brewing up a Gamemaker event to wipe a few people out.

Well, I think there might be a lapse in the rain at that point in the thread, so it's possible that Kaidan was searching for them - or just running between buildings to get away from the collapsing ones? Someone could see him, beckon him over, effectively bringing him into things?
