HELLO FRIENDS I am Amry, back after a semester's break from the Games, with the same dude as last time! Neffa is in District 2 this time, and his score's dropped down to a 6, but otherwise he is as he was!

A very quick summary: Neffa is an original character from a fantasy world where magic is business, and he is a businessman. He has no powers whatsoever in Panem, but getting by on manufactured charisma worked just fine for him before, and he has no intention of changing his strategy! 8D
