Some quick reminders and some plot.

Today is the last say to sign up for secrets. Capitol secret plot is here and secret santa is here!

The break between these two arenas has a lot going on. There is the Crowning coming up, Marius and Cosette's wedding, and all Tributes, Victors, and Escorts will be going to the Districts.

The later isn't entirely plotted out yet, but since it is a big plot, I wanted to let you guys know what we do have so far. Feel free to throw questions at us, but we may not have answers yet.

The plot will be going after the New Year, how far depends on how the crowning, etc paces out. It'll last about a week IC, and you will only be with those from your District (and Capitol people will only be with the Capitol, unless they are someone in a position to have travel clearance, like Dan, then you can opt in, just talk to us.)

You can not opt out of going, but you will have the option to just ICly be anti-social if you don't want to get involved in threads.

The mods will be providing you with a setting for each District and a write up for one event, a district welcoming dinner sorta thing, plus a kind of general itinerary for what else would be happening to your character. We're still ironing out of the whys and hows of this part to make things run smoothly.

If you have any questions, feel free to throw them at us, and we'll do our best to answer them, either now, or in future plot updates.

Edit One little house keeping addition. You might start to see new journals posting events and NPC things. They should have logical names (Capitolevents or some such) but don't be too surprise. DW just changed the way inboxes work, and we don't want 300 rp tags drowning out apps and mod questions.

If she felt particularly inclined, would Iskierka be able to fly between the Districts, or would the Capitol try to keep her in one place?

I think they'd wanna keep her in the trains, though she'd likely get her own special train compartment. However, her District will probably want to see her fly, so she might get to show off there.

Will there be any down time in the Districts where our characters can say - check out the local bar or some-such? Or will they be completely scheduled the whole ride?

It'll be pretty strict, but we will have some flexibility (As much as we can work in) Our though now is it'll sorta be like a tour group, so you'll have like...a small area you can go to, but outside of the dinner you'll be able to explore that pretty openly. Especially in less rebellious districts.

Will the communicators/network still work in the Districts? So like, could someone hypothetically take selfies and post them from District 3 or where ever?

yes. Please post all your revolution selfies. You can also send message to other tributes that'll be semi private. (Capitol monitored, but unless you say anything overtly exciting they wouldn't notice.)

Other question! Will all the District sets be traveling together? Or will it be like a 3 goes here, 5 goes there kind of thing

It'll all be the same week. So everyone will probably go to the trains together, but split from there. Since everyone will be leaving from the center of the US, they'll each have their own train.

Oh I have a question! Will the technology that nerfs their powers in the Capitol still be able to reach them, or will it get weaker the farther the characters get from the Capitol?
