Hey, we just wanted to drop some info about permanent death, because there seems to be some confusion.

This only applies to deaths that happen outside the arena, and are non-reversible.

It is never something that happens without discussion between the mods and the mun. Either because they approach us, or vice versa. If someone drops, we wouldn't just kill off their character on a whim. (Even the OC mentor who was avoxed who had been dropped months and months before, I made sure the original mun was OK with that kinda thing when she dropped.) It isn't something that either the mods or the muns decided on their own.

We wanna make sure it works in plot, and that it is something that really needs to happen, since it means no one else can ever pick that character up again. Generally, because of the reasoning behind it, it also takes out AUs (because if the Capitol assassinates Tate, they will look weak if Tate shows back up again, so if they did pull him into the world, they'd just kill him and throw him out back.)

And, because of the fact it makes the character unappable, we are very picky about who can do it. Which pretty much means if you play a popular character, for OOC reasons, they are not gonna die anytime soon outside of the arena.
