Hello again all! This is Amber aka Momoko-mun with her second character Valeria Rushlit, a Stylist OC with a fondness for parties and fireworks. She's the Stylist for District 3 and has such plans for Eliot's hair. :P

And yes, Nicki Minaj is her player base and no I didn't create her because I was suddenly struck by how perfect Nicki would be for a Capitol Citizen character I don't know what you're talking about...

Edit: She's also the Stylist for Garrus, who I know has some ~plot stuff~ going on, so I'm just going to assume she hasn't had contact with him for reasons Valeria is completely unaware of, if that's alright mods?

She would never cut it--unless maybe the Capitol has some sort of quick-growing hair formula which is possible--she might dye it but right now she's thinking more along the lines of threading electric lights through it or something.

There will probably be attempts at inappropriate touching, just so you know.

I think she just scared poor Eliot off. She'll have better luck in the inappropriate touching department if she tries it before she tells him her plans for his hair. I take it she might consider bidding on him?

And which hairstyle is Valeria currently rocking? Pinkish blond or gold highlights?

Well, this is work-related, so let's go with the ultra-professional pink/blonde teased all to hell 'do, as in this icon.

And as for bidding, nah, she's more for spur of the moment fall into bed situations, not all the fuss and semi-secrecy of bidding, I'm thinking. When she's not dressing him up in her mind though she will totally be hitting on him like nothing else.

Hmm... Sounds like Eliot might be able to get past the pink hair and the electric lights eventually. Although there will be times where he'll put a stop to the groping, like right after he gets back from the Arena. But I'll bet they end up in bed together at least once, knowing Eliot.
