+1 Legless Gunslinger Lady (-1 Gentleman Victor)
Hi guys. This is Bii letting you know I'm going to be dropping Othar after a thing happens with the plot and to replace him I'm bringing in this lovely lady: Susannah Dean of Stephen King's Dark Tower books. She'll be in District Ten and she managed to score pretty good for someone with no legs and three personalities.
Susannah's originally from New York City in the year 1964, but she's spent the last year of so in Cuthbert's world, where she's been following this dude Roland on his quest for the eponymous Dark Tower. Along the way she met, married, and lost the love of her life, a guy named Eddie Dean from 1987, and also learned how to do a bit of gunslinging herself.
She has no idea that there's two alternate universe counterparts to her late husband here in Panem. Boy is she gonna be surprised.
