+1 dragon

Hallo all! This Sceadu here, bringing along character #2. This time, we have Iskierka from the Temeraire series. As her icons suggest, she is, in fact, a dragon and a firebreathing one at that.

She is, however, also significantly smaller than normal. Thanks to some unknown oddity in pulling her to the Capitol, she now stands about five and half feet at the shoulder, which puts her at about 11 feet length. She will be in District 1 and will be out and about properly as soon as I figure out how to best get that started.

I'd say Iskierka was a well-behaved dragon, but I'd be lying. On the other hand, she's at least not able to flame in the Capitol.
