Hello, dears. This is Lisa throwing her fifth character into the mix, Hsiang 'Penny' Jiao, a Panem AU of Penny from Gone. In the original canon, Penny's a sadistic 12 year-old with the power to create hallucinations; I've reformatted her as a sadistic 28 year-old who specializes in hallucinogenic poisons. She's the Capitol's finest torturer and interrogator, and she can't wait to be getting all you little brats in line.

Because torture is a sticky subject, if you think your character might be slated for it either soon or down the line, please take a moment to fill out her permissions post. I know she's an intense type of character, and I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable. Her app is also in her journal.
