What's up, Panem!
Ni here, bringing in her first character, Donatello Hamato from the 2003 cartoon incarnation of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! He's the techno turtle of his brothers, a master on ninjitsu, and now, the newest tribute shuffled into the posse known asironically enough District 9!
I am totally looking forward toterrorizing the poor boy by making him kill people in the arena playing with you lovely folks!
