Gamemaker Notes//Out Of Character.

Please note that former Capitol Soldiers shuffled onto District 13's side will be at least temporarily imprisoned. It is handwaved so you can assume them let out on a sort of parole or detained at your discretion. Icly, it will be based on what value they have to the District, who's vouching for them, and what excuse they have for serving the Capitol.

Battle Plotting

Albert's getting his (not so) secret rebel on in District 4 and trying to work for the good of the Rebellion from the Capitol side. He wants to rescue people over to 13 and gather + send as much information to the rebels as possible. It's much easier to get this done on the battlefield considering the heightened confusion and lessened ability for 24/7 watch.

I'm posting this with the knowledge that I won't be able to tag much until I'm off hiatus (4/5 or so), BUT if anyone would like to have Albert help facilitate sending people to 13 from the Capitol side, or would like information transfer from one side to the other, please hit me up!

Harley Quinn

Harleen's over in District 4 discovering that even though they may have brainwashed the Harley Quinn out of her, she still fights like her.

She's more inclined to avoid conflict if she can but if it presents itself she'll find herself flying into a fight legs and arms wild, weapons flailed and dodging like she's dancing. It's so much fun being a puppet.

To this extent she'll either be sneaking down below the Rebels supply stock to try and blow it up, or attacking head on as a distraction (Much to her own panic)

Just depends on who wants to interact with her.

I like pain, and this is the first opportunity for them to meet i think! Psii would probably run into her while she's attacking head on in the battlefield. The only problem is, i think he might just use his telekinesis to hold her down so she stops fighting, so this would only work if you want that.

We can either have her in the general battlefield area, or causing a distraction on the mission.

Pinning her with TK is perfectly acceptable though we'll have to come up with some way for them to get separated again since she won't be rescued this round.

We can probably handwave getting distracted by a sudden bomb, or have that happen at the end of the thread. At least holding her still will help them actually converse lol. Let's do the battlefield, since Psii's already on the other mission. He'd mostly be on land, given a choice.

Sandy is over in District 6 and unfortunately for her once again she's a passenger in her own brain as her body is highjacked by Capitol programming and she's sent charging into battle as the littliest assassin.

Feel free to pop by if you'd like to throw down with her, or be surprised when she kills you. She hasn't spent the last few years training with tributes for nothing after all.

She can either be found helping in the murder car rampage, or you can take her on in the factory where she'll have the advantage (Small body makes it easier to sneak around machines and scaffolding before she gets you with a screwdriver]

Herc Hansen - District 4

Bringing in a disposable PC for this battle! Say hi to Herc, the older, slightly calmer but still just as stubborn Hansen.

He's a high ranking Peacekeeper stationed in District 4 and is for all appearances 100% loyal to the Capitol, but he's also got a hell of a lot of ties to the rebellion. He'll be subtly helping them out in anyway he can.

If any Panem Natives want to work out some kind of backstory, especially Peacekeepers or rebels, I'm totally down! This goes double for anyone with ties to District 4 or District 2 - Herc was born and raised in 2 and stationed at 4 later.

He's only around for the D4 battle and I haven't decided where he's going after that - if he'll continue to be a secret rebel or just full on go to 13 - so anyone who wants a thread with him or even just to handwave some plot stuff, gimme! I'm looking at you, d4 tributes, who wants to meet the dad of one of your mentors

Why hello there. If Phi goes to D4's fighting, I'd love to have her run into Herc! She's Capitol-side, but also a secret rebel, so you know... There could be things.

Also if we want more D4 rebel stuff, Latula is Meulin's friend and a huge dirty rebel, so there could be stuff there, too!

Latula Pyrope - District 4

This is Michi bringing in an NPC for District 4!

Latula Pyrope is a childhood friend of Meulin Leijon and also related to the Peacekeeper/Capitolite Neorah Redglare. She's a bit of a spitfire, and very geared towards the Rebellion. She hates Peacekeepers a lot, due to them being responsible for severely injuring both Meulin and her other childhood friend Mituna.

If you'd like to interact with her, let me know! She's going to be raising as much hell as she can get away with.

Phi - District 4

Phi is going to be going to District 4 to fight, since that's apparently her district. Mainly, she's going because Sigma and Kurloz are going because they're really bad about not falling apart.

I'd love to do things with Phi here, especially if they involve secret rebel stuff!

I would love to further (not so) secret rebel CR! Albert will be shoving Luna in an empty barrel and giving her over to the Rebellion this breakout, so we could potentially work with that?

Firo Prochainezo

Firo will be in District 6 as a very halfhearted Capitol soldier. He's going to be focusing on finding his allies and helping them out rather than picking fights, but he's prepared to battle it out if need be. He'll also be on the car mission if anyone would like to do things with that!

Meulin Leijon

So Meulin will be accompanying the rebels to District Four to provide intelligence and the layout of the district, all that information that's nice to have. It's also because this is pretty personal and her district and there's people and family she cares about here. So she nudged her way back to District Four.

She rolled safe so no injuries but I'm fine with close calls if anyone wants that. Run ins with people from the Capitol or what have you! Mostly looking forward to Meulin get forcibly reminded of at least a little of why she was rebel in the first place.
