Non-soldiers as marked here also do not get shuffled and will require notice to become a soldier or be shuffled in some other event.

War is taxing on the mind, body, and world around. But with the resources and hard work, you can save a life, a District, or at the very least pass a letter and gather up a nice dinner. But mind, there are some things you just can't do alone...

Hemlock's time in the arena leant to a pro-rebel show. This will affect the morale of the people and the Peacekeepers.

Gamemaker Notes//Out Of Character.

Please note that former Capitol Soldiers shuffled onto District 13's side will be at least temporarily imprisoned. It is handwaved so you can assume them let out on a sort of parole or detained at your discretion. Icly, it will be based on what value they have to the District, who's vouching for them, and what excuse they have for serving the Capitol.

Capitol soldiers who are undergoing a different form of "Motivation" this round than the last will want to refer to this page. Make sure you post under the appropriate District header to avoid mod confusion.

Hannah ready for battle!!

It's Hannah's return to District 7! No place like home, right? She'll be going on the pining mission and taking people out from above, I do believe. I am debating on letting her actually be captured and playing the X result like the actual thing it would be. I want someone talking to her about her "home" and "family" and I'd maaaaybe like a moment ala Gale in the Hunger Games where she's about to be dragged off in Capture and... it's allowed to happen. :')

I'm also game for things like Hannah being terrible, or old reunions or making her way around D7.

Initiate Plotting

Initiate will be coming back out to play again. Playing it by ear but chances are that he will be violent, if less rampage-y than last time. His major thing this round will be just finding out certain people are actually revived. Oh, and, he's got his armour, club, and uniform back not to mention one hell of an ugly mug from last time. Feel free to hit me with any further thoughts!

Jeremy Fitzgerald battle plot go!

So now that Jeremy's fully brainwashed to fight on the Capitol side, I'm hoping to get him thrust into battle with anyone he's had previous CR with, as well as mingling with Capitol folk because corrupting cinnamon rolls is my jam. I don't have anything specific planned for battle and Jeremy's not the most highly skilled of warriors, but he can be pretty lethal in battle all the same so if anyone's interested, let me know!

Terezi Pyrope (Pining for Justice mission)

Terezi is going to be working for the Capitol by retrieving wounded soldiers from the battlefield, primarily in the Pining for Justice mission. Mainly because she would protest less vehemently about participating in battle on the Capitol's side, and also because they don't have to give her a weapon. Big plus right there.

She'll be found in the blast zone and the medical locations, picking up wounded Capitol soldiers and delivering them to the doctors/nurses. As motivation, she's been informed that if she tries to run or disobey orders, she's liable to be shot in the back--a very real threat given the terrain. If she runs into any friendlies on the Rebel side, she'll be more likely to flee than to chat, since she doesn't want them getting caught in the crossfire.

Arya & Emily

Arya is on a real battlefield for the first time, and will be trying to stay alive most of all. She hasn't got any of her close CR out in D7 with her, so if there's anyone who would look out for her that would be great. I'm debating whether to sign her up for either of the missions, possibly Fuel to the Fire? She's going back safe to the Capitol, but I'd love for her to talk to those on the Rebel side as if she were being true to herself that's who she'd be fighting for. She's also available to injure/kill as needed.


Emily has volunteered to go along with the Capitol forces, both as propaganda following her recent propo and as someone who has first hand knowledge of the D7 terrain. She's going to have a lot of conflicted feelings, mostly because going there in wartime is going to give her a lot of flashbacks to the time when Quintus publicly tortured dissenters in her District before. She's getting injured, so if there are any volunteers to injure her that would be great.

Sure! Emily's getting injured if you wanted to tie that into Ruffnut bowing out somehow? Otherwise I'm more than happy for them to just meet up

OK, now that I have permission to roll with my plan, basically my thought was that Ruffnut would be going about hassling the locals half heartedly and stumble across Hemlock's uncle being threatened.

She'll interfere, get shouted at, shout back, try to protect him, try to fight back and end up getting killed while Hemlock's uncle escapes. Maybe Emily can help with that? Haruto is gonna be there too.

Quintus Falxvale

Quintus will be in D7! He won't be in the thick of the fighting on account of his rank, but will be meeting with the local peacekeeper commanders, performing inspections and distributing honors to the wounded to keep up morale. He'll be found in the field hospitals and around town as he checks out peacekeeper housing and supply routes.

Hey! So I was thinking of letting Hannah actually be captured this round. Do you have any interest in Quintus being involved with that? If not, I'll probably be doing handwaved random Peacekeepers o/

Hmm I could potentially get him involved, though it depends on where you'd like her to be when she gets captured, because he won't be out in the middle of the battlefield. I could always have him oversee the arrest in some way :)

Luna Plotting!

Luna's going to die this time around and for certain reasons I'm hoping to do it with a tiny bang! She's a medic/noncombatant so fighting is out of the question, but I'm thinking if she could encounter a Capitol-allied/shuffled soldier near the hospital and try and defend an incoming patient or something that'd be great! Or if you have other ideas for what to do go right ahead - mostly I just want her to do something small that's slightly more anti-Capitol than doing medical stuff as usual.

As a note I'll be a little slow this week due to finals and stuff, but I'm excited to get going!

Firo's dying this round and I'd love for it to be from something really reckless and pointless, if anyone wants to help out there. Like fighting somewhere dangerous and messing up. I'm also up for planning stuff if people just want to meet up on the battlefield!

That sounds good to me, thanks! :) The only thing is that he'd be pretty reluctant to start a fight with a woman--though that actually might help with working this out if she'd instigate it.

Karkat Vantas

After the propaganda he was in, Karkat pretty much has to go out and fight. Last time he got by with helping to evacuate D12's civilians, but this time looks more geared for real fighting, and that's going to be tougher. He'll have a sickle with him, and his goal will be disabling people. He may have killed before, but he's not real suited for it - not even against Peacekeepers and Capitol fighters.

So, who wants to run into him? He can dish out injuries, or he could be called out for fighting half-heartedly, or just spotted for a good old hey you were in the propaganda here is a reaction about that. In any case, I'd like to do something along the theme of him struggling with the actual war part of everything.
