The Binding OOC info
The Binding plot is almost full steam ahead. The Initiate’s informant has passed him the details of this weapon, and now thanks to Tony’s providing a speaker stand and the Psiioniic’s distractions, the team is in the know. From the secret Network post, collectors will three IC days of gathering, and for everyone else, three days to prepare for the fight. On that third day, the groups will set out, the leader-led seeking blindspots and others heading straight into their positions as passive distractions, seeing to it that the Capitol is paying attention to them and nothing else. Stylists will begin their work disguising those breaking-in, making sure they’re unrecognisable to any cameras still rolling around the weapons’ construction and storage facility. Those leaders staying behind will make sure the team is set and ready to fight, going over any last minute issue or advice. After that, the In-fight leaders will take their teams onward to the facility.
The fight may start early for some. For others, they may pass undetected. Whichever the case, eventually everyone’s inside with a job to attend to. You may not all be engineers, but there’s no time for waiting around. Dismantling as many weapons as possible is top priority. One way or another, the cores have to be destroyed.
Time runs out however. While the rest of the team escapes, Active distractions will have their chance to do their part and keep the others from capture. Do they fight the peacekeepers? Start fires to block the path? Some other thing? Regardless, they will be a key part of the team’s survival. At least those who are not caught on the way out that is.
Those who make it back may need injuries patched. The capitol can’t find out they took part in a break-in after all. Stylists will need to help get those disguises removed and disguising any glaring injuries received. The team will need to get rid of all signs that they took part in this. This may include seeing to it that those who’ve not had their loved ones return are looked after.
As for those who’ve not returned? All that can be done is to wait… It shouldn’t be too long though that everyone finds out what became of them.
SPECIAL NOTE: Captain America, Steve Rogers, will be handwaved to be a part of this mission. He will be a fighter and “leader”. He will be caught during the Mission. He will NOT be released with the others, but held in confinement until the arena. No one, not even Capitolites, will be given information on his whereabouts.
Team Roles
Those with a * are to be injured. Those with two ** are captured. Three *** is both.

Plotting
Bucky Barnes: Fighter
Bucky's tactic is going to be very much BUCKY SMASH while trying not to let any Peacekeeperhe smacks in the face catch on that he has a metal arm as a dead giveaway as to who he is.
Sandy: Collecting and healing
Afterwards if you need some First Aid Sandy knows enough to keep you on your feet. She'll be keeping an eye out for people who might have gotten hurt but I'm totally game to have someone come to her if they need someone who spends a lot of time at the training table for first aid in the training hall.
Harley Quinn: Eternal Distraction
On the Mission expect her to be bubbly and cheerful, almost giddy to finally be taking the fight to the Capitol. She hasn't had any real fun since the power was shut down and she set a bunch of fires. This time should be similar. She'll even suit up in her jester duds for extra distraction power!
Starting fights, singing, starting fires, breaking things. Nothing is beyond Harley's capacity to cause mayhem. Especially if some collectors can get her enough material to make some small explosives.
Anyone want to party with Harley before she gets caught? Either fighting alongside her or helping her distract I'm open to suggestions.
Ruffnut Thorston: Fighter and distraction
Anyone want to be her mission buddy for this battle? She's going to wind up captured so keep that in mind.
Azula: Passive Distraction
After this Mission I'll be retiring Azula amid speculation, maybe she'll have a meltdown at the party and start throwing punches at people who annoy her. Either way it would be fun to see wouldn't it?
Who wants to attend the party of the year?
Terezi Pyrope (Collector + Blindspot Leader)
Terezi is here to assist. She won't be joining the fight itself, but she's available to offer intel, training, and supply runs. Being a Junior Peacekeeper, she has a little bit of inside info on the opposition's movements and equipment, and she's more than willing to share it.
She's used to taking up an organizational backseat leadership position, so she's already got a collection drop system set up here, if anyone wants to use it. (That doesn't mean that you HAVE to use it, she's just kicking that off the best she knows how.)
Jet Link: Fighter + Back-up leader
He's definitely got enough rage pent up from recent weeks to let loose in this, but he's also a Professional Rebel, so he won't be going off half-cocked, especially if he's got people he cares to keep safe with him.
He'll end up making it out only mildly injured in the end, he'll just also be trying to cause as much damage as humanly possible on his way. Also, he'll be reverting back to old habits and going by his usual codename: 002.
Re: Jet Link: Fighter + Back-up leader
Wesker: Collecting/Password Providing
I imagine Wesker will stalk the network post and see what's needed and just anonymously drop off what he can at various blindspots. But who wants to get facility passwords from him?

Clint Barton: Everybody was Kung-Fu Fighting
In any case he's going to be running around smashing faces and probably cackling over it, right up until he gets rather seriously injured. He'll really be missing his bow though :c

Karkat Vantas: Fighter + Combat Leader
Basically he'll be asking whoever's on his team what their skills are, and will do his best to direct them to ways they can best apply them. Not as micromanaging as that might sound, though: he'll have directions, but he won't stand there going, "No, do this." He'll trust his teammates enough to know how to apply stuff as directed so long as they aren't screwing around.
Also, since he's supposed to be both injured and captured, I'm really interested in maybe having him go down trying to cover for someone during the escape. He's small, but he refuses to let anyone go down before him, especially after the arenas. Would anyone be up for that?
Aang: Collector and Fighter
Then he's going to be a fighter. He will rebuff anyone who tries to convince him that he's too young or too small or too whatever to take part in the break in, and he's proving them wrong by getting out unscathed. His strategy is a typical airbender one, which is to dodge everything, but there will be elements of other martial arts interwoven with it, including a tendency to use the opponent's energy against them to knock them over and attack them outright if it looks like they're taking aim at someone else. He won't kill anyone, but he's not above moving so quickly that Peacekeepers accidentally shoot each other, and he's not above seriously injuring people or putting them in a position for someone else to kill.
I would love people for him to fight alongside of, people to attempt dismantling of the weapon with, people to doubt him and for him to get angry and defensive, all that stuff. Come at me.

Torin Byrd: Passive Distraction
Firo Prochainezo: Collector
He's new to this whole rebellion thing, so I'd love for him to catch up with some old timers who can give some tips or other newbies with whom to collaborate!

Kousuke Nitou: Fighter
Gary Epps: Collector and Passive Distraction/AWESOME CONCERT
so he doesn't do something enormously stupid, I'd love to play that out!Afterwards, Gary will be throwing a SUPER FANTASTIC CONCERT in the park after the Signless does an ""Authentic"" troll sermon, which will kick off Gary's fledgling Tribute pop idol career. No, seriously. I can handwave that a sponsor will help in getting equipment/very distracting refreshments, but if anyone wants to volunteer a sponsor for the job, or a stylist to dress him up for the occasion, that would also be awesome! Backup instrumentalists/singers/stagehands/roving bartenders/etc also welcome.

Bruce Banner: Stylist and Healer
Speaking of the wounded, he will be doing what he can to give them medical attention. He will incorporate this into his styling, like people with dislocated limbs getting clothes that will be extra supportive.
He also has passwords to the surveillance system and an off-grid communicator, which he will be using to help tell people when they're too close to a patrol of peacekeepers, when they're properly in a blind spot, or other pertinent information. He may be talked into allowing leader types to use the communicator, depending on the person.

Aragorn: Fighter, Collector, and On-Mission Healer
Raise your hand if you:
-want Aragorn to patch you up mid-mission
-are a leader and want Aragorn on your team
-want to be there when Aragorn gets captured
-want Aragorn to get captured for your sake
-want to help me figure out how he's disguised
Re: Aragorn: Fighter, Collector, and On-Mission Healer
Shepard: Leader, Fighter
whomever wants to plot with mea diverse and specialized person or people to lead and protect. Her tactics are, unless she has sufficient backup, surprisingly sneaky, with the takedown moves and the choke-holds. Just because she prefers to be an explosive grenade on jet fuel, it doesn't mean that the Commander's incapable of stealth or finesse.
Brutality! Broken knees! Coordinated attacks! Cribbing moves from Hitman games! Unlikely team-ups! Exciting, no?

Sam Wilson: Fighter/Healer + Back-up Leader
He also requested a giant list of medical supplies from the collectors, so if anyone wants to be the one that grabbed those for him or wants to ask him what the hell some of them are, I'm game for that!
Otherwise he's available to run into anyone pre-mission or during the actual mission if anyone wants an encounter with him, and he will be plenty equipped to handle any injuries that happen during the mission until they can be looked at more in depth afterwards.
He's also got one of Bruce's off the grid communicators, in case anyone would like during mission communication with him.
Edited to add: he's also going to be passing along information about this to Peggy Carter, so she can get it to District 13.
Re: Sam Wilson: Fighter/Healer + Back-up Leader
Initiate: Group Leader + Fighter
He'll likely be getting disguise done by Porrim (maybe??). Unfortunately horns are still things. Maybe he'll have them painted black, make them look fake. WHO KNOWS.
He'll be going in unarmed. He's pretty deadly on his own as a former subjugglator and laughsassin, so he'll be able to take people out with what he's got as a person. He'll be going for non-lethal because he really needs to not repeat past mistakes. He'll be going along side Jet and Sam officially, but will cover any team that needs and move about the group to help if he is in fact needed. He will get down with everyone trying to dismantle the machines, even though he is really not at all an engineer-- he crafts with bone how hard could it be!
Finally he'll be among the last to leave when the shit goes down. That is, he won't be leaving at all. He'll be ushering all and everyone to escape and covering for them (very likely with molotovs I really want some molotov cocktail throwing in there). There's a possibility he'll get some last words in, but he may very well not too ~we shall see~.
After that, will be a few last exciting things and then Initiate will be tucked away for a while in conditioning and reconditioning. This plot will be the last time to speak to him for a while.
Oh, and his nickname will be Giedi. It's a star in the constellation of capricorn. Means goat.
