Basic personality: She think she's a big bitch but only if she doesn't like you. And despite what she thinks she likes people pretty easy.
What has happened to them recently, in and out of the arena, and what can they normally be found doing in the arena: She is just returning from a "vacation" for the last few months to D12.
Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: She wants to rebel. A lot. Also she's in this weird spot of being expected to know what's going on but actually knowing jack shit.

Sandy was really starting to worry Katniss was gone like Effie you know? Between Cinna, Peeta, Effie and Katniss Sandy learned some valuable survival skills in and out of the arena. So I think she'll be really excited to see Katniss came back.

Katniss of course dis all over playing big sister with asskicking. But also I think Katniss and bucky could be awesome.

Totally. Both those options sound excellent. Bucky and Katniss both emotionally constipated and used by people around them
