A NEW VICTOR APPROACHES

HELLO GAMES! THIS IS NI WITH HER THIRD CHARACTER, AND THIS TIME, IT IS A VICTOR! MEET JACK ATLAS, WHOSE CANON IS YUGIOH 5DS, AKA CARD GAMES ON MOTOCYCLES IN DYSTOPIA. HERE, HOWEVER, WHERE ITS DEATH GAMES OF DEATH IN DYSTOPIA, HE IS THE KING OF VICTORS yeah he's got a bit of an ego that people in the Capitol feed into like candy HAVING WON THE 72ND HUNGER GAMES. ALSO HE TALKS JUST LIKE I AM TYPING. A LOT.

That being said, feel free to look at his application here. He's a District 8 Mentor alongside Calico, though I'm sure everyone will get to know him soon enough. BD
