The anthem concludes as the Capitol’s seal reappears and disappears as the music ends.

THE CAPITOL

The weather is starting to falter. Although still beautiful in the morning, these few days have brought afternoon thunder showers.

The population has realized that future Tributes are in the city, and actually have time to visit and celebrate. The Mentors of tributes in the city, both those who have died this round and those who haven't gone in yet, are inundated with requests for appearances.

We will be switching the death rolls to Sunday night from here on out!

We also will be announcing changes to the credits system soon, to stream line it a little.

There is still an awesome Capitol party for all dead tributes, mentors, and new tributes!

Shep is still alive and kicking, but I wouldn't mind getting her involved in some deaths?! A death. Something.

Basically, she needs something to do.

WELL LILY IS DEAD.

Since she's really not wanting to kill anyone, she'll be a pretty easy target for anyone here. However, that is, if you don't scare her. Which is something that I really, reaaaally want, since then someone can see her when she's lost control.

But I'm up to whatever else you think of!

Ken is still out and about. So, yus, if anyone's looking for some random run-ins or whatnot, give a shout. More character interactions would be awesome.

Kaidan is still around otl. He's probably trying to find Shepard since Ariadne and Amy died SHEP WHAT ARE YOU DOING but he's definitely going to run into other people first. I kinda want to get him involved with some negative cr since he's pretty much just been a) mother hen or b) just involved in a serious rockslide the entire game thus far.

KAIDAN AND KEN should meet up. idk how but they should.

Lottie is somehow still alive. I don't know how this is possible. But she should meet some others, yeah?

Elias on the Capitol side is working to get Amy in a good place for next round.

Hey, it's the arena. We can figure out some reason. (Or see if the gamemakers were conspiring to make things more entertaining.)

But yes, I'd be down for this. I don't know if it'll get into the negative CR side of things though unless they start off on really bad terms.

The Gamemakers could arrange to have them meet on bad terms! What kind of bad terms could we get going?

Maybe something where something with Lily as well? Since she needs dead, and I feel neither of them would be pleased to stumble upon a grown man killing a little girl and possibly not receptive to any explanation of why that might be happening (Like a mercy killing)
