My name is Skyla, and I'm bringing in Tohru Adachi from Persona 4... but wait! He's not how you think he is. He's from a role swap AU; still a detective, still a bit of a jerk, but he's actually the protagonist. Meaning expect Social Links and Personae and him not being happy about how things are run in Panem.

He's going to be representing District 1 and... I so totally apologize for potential brain breakage.

His permissions post is here, along with all the massive amounts of information on his history, powers, ect.
