Hellooo everyone!
I'm Katy I'm brand new and bringing with me this kid. She's an OC who is not as adorable as she looks and will probably actually like the games once she get's over the initial flailing and missing her sister. She doesn't actually have a name at canon point, but the Capitol are calling her Pruna for now! She is representing district 12. I apologise in advance for how horrible she is going to be.
I'm really excited and the worst at OOC intros but I look forward to meeting you all! She has all her information on her journal and her permission thread is here
