I'd like for Howard and Sigma to run into each other again, although I think given their last conversation Howard's going to try and keep his distance from Sigma especially as the Games go on and the number of people dwindles.

He may do a supply run and try to provide Sigma with resources, though. Like a little courier ally benefactor.
