Sigma will also be trying to take out Don if the opportunity arises, but will not actively stalk him. If you are Don's friend, uh, perhaps if they saw this encounter, this could cause quite an issue. xD Heheh.

Also, Sigma and Kyle will probably not be with eachother 24/7, as they tend to rub eachother the wrong way. So there's opportunity for 1-on-1 with Sig.
