Week Three Death Toll

Long cold nights and short bitter days have left you chilled to the bone and exhausted. Frostbite is quite likely either already a problem, or a concern for your immediate future and sometimes, you wonder if you remember what its like to feel warm. The memory of warmth seems very far away. And as the days stretch on, more and more faces appear in the sky. Maybe you even recognize a few. Its hard not to start to wonder when one of those faces could very well be your own...

The following tributes have all perished sometime within the past week:



The most recent anthem to play however, comes with a brief announcement from Claudius Templesmith, the legendary Hunger Games announcer.

Tributes. From now until the finale, you can expect periodic announcements introducing new tributes into the Arena and are subject to the same expectations as all other tributes within the arena. Tonight, we introduce to you a number of new tributes into frigid wasteland. Please welcome Maximus Decimus Meridius, here to represent District 3 and Gretel representing District 4.

Twenty-six tributes now remain alive inside this arena.

All characters above may be "bought" out of death by another character for the price of 200 Credits. All these prices will double each week (i.e. what costs 10 credits now will become 20 next week, then 40, then 80, etc).

CAPITOL NEWS.

ALERT:
From now until further notice, a strict curfew shall be enforced. All residents of the Capitol must be within the confines of their residences no later than 10:00 P.M. Peacekeepers will be encouraged to escort ANY AND ALL persons to their homes or any other designated location after 10:00 P.M., without question or discrepancy.

For our "out of town" guests at the Tribute Training Center, curfew will also be enforced. Elevators will be shut down from the hours of 10 P.M. until 5:30 A.M. and ALL residents of the Training Center will be confined to their appropriate floors during these hours.

Stair access is for emergency use only and will be patrolled by Peacekeepers, for your safety.

Over the past few days, heightened security in many key areas around town has been noticed by almost everyone. More peacekeepers. More monitoring devices, more detectors, more sensors and scanners and cameras. Some places even require a blood sample just to get past certain doors. Though measures of that scale have not been noticed by the public just yet.

A new edition of Celebrus is coming out soon, and everyone is wondering just who is going to be mentioned this issue! Remember, the magazine always takes submissions!


OUT OF CHARACTER.

Also, it was mentioned that, since we have gotten bigger lately, it might be handy to have a reminder of who is still alive each week! So, now death roll posts will also include a list of tributes who are still alive. Hope that helps!
