It comes worse than it ever has before. For a full fifteen minutes, the offworlder "illness" strikes all offworlders and everyone else previously affected by this sickness, no matter where they are. It lingers, sticking, and leaves everyone with an unsettling feeling, like they've been somewhere they shouldn't be... or maybe it's everything else that should go...
