I only knew about him from the video he sent Ruffnut and he never clarified who he was.

Thank you. I plan on having Ruffnut die trying to keep the Capitol from attacking him, giving a member of the rebellion a chance to get him away. So at least her sacrifice won't be in vain. :) I appreciate it!
