Character: Karkat Vantas Current Allegiance: Rebellion Current or Ideal Role: Soldier Basic personality: Soft shell crab: grumpy, snappy outside + soft, caring inside. What has happened to them recently?: Unpleasant arena run - Maglev (D6 tribute) died so he killed the person who did it (Sheen, the D1 tribute) and had a big 'oh shit' emotional downturn from it. He made it to the last week, only to kill Roland and then Alain when they went weird and angry on him, and got killed by Alain himself during their fight. He managed to make up with those two after the arena, though. Meanwhile he started up Jr. Peacekeeper duty (not his choice, but Celebrus mentioned it as a reward for reporting a suspected rebel), and he was present for Temple's arrest. Now he's in D13! Wow!!! Upcoming plots, wanted CR or other things to note about this character: Karkat's had a big slew of negatives lately, which is pretty obvious after the above, so I'd love it if he could pick up positive CR within D13. Or even negative CR, if it's the kind that's more dumb and silly/just aggravating each other than sad and depressing. Right now he's not much like his usual self owing to holy crap everything is awful, but being in D13 will help pick him up, as will getting the chance to do positive stuff for the rebellion.
