Drop

This has been a long time coming, but I'm officially dropping from the game. My characters will both be relegated to NPC status: Carlos is being shipped out to the districts to do science, and Stephen's going to fade into the Capitol background. I may be back closer to endgame, especially with Stephen, but I don't think I can maintain activity between now and June with the way things have been IRL.

I've had a ton of fun here, and you can bet I'll still be around online. Stay awesome, guys. See you, maybe, in a few months.
