Sam Wilson, Bucky Barnes (plural), Sigma Klim, Sandy Marko, Clint Barton, Initiate Fraysong, Terezi Pyrope, Karkat Vantas, Revas Tabris, Cullen Rutherford, Adella Trevelyan, The Iron Bull, any Mass Effect characters that are still in the game, Clara Muphy, Roland Deschain probably, Wyatt Earp, probably like a dozen other people, she's been in this game for an eternity, I'm definitely missing some.
Rebellion Role: Soldier/field commander, tactical advisor and/propoganda icon (given her longevity in the games?) idk, go nuts. She is a being of many utilities. Motivations: At this point, she's lost enough friends and been through enough that while she is still motivated primarily by the desire to go home and complete her mission vis a vis the Reapers, she will absolutely settle for fucking up the Capitol right good as a motivation. She mad.
Capitol Role: Shepard's utility as a solider and mole is not to be underestimated. Motivations: Basically, at this point, if they could bring Thane back and cure him of his illness, actually physically present her with him, she'd have a hard time saying no to that. Her motivation to work with the Capitol would have to be both tangible, and precious.
Preferred side ICly: Rebellion. She's...technically already working for them on a semi-regular basis. OOCly: Rebellion.
