Completely new is Riley. Now, you may wonder who Riley is. He's a canon OC from MCU, Sam Wilson wingman who took a tragic hit by RPG, being one of two to be able to use a wing pack. He'll be a little... behind the times. But he'd be happy to talk to anyone who comes up to him!
Aaaaand kinda new but not is GHB. Who's that guy? He's the Grand Highblood! Initiate won't be participant in this event as an Avox, but the Capitol is more than happy to show what an awful person he really is and psyche out his friends and allies. I should warn, this guy is a Grade A Monster, and he's going to come with a lot of warnings in headers for awful shit. You'll have to let me know if you want him and what you're okay with.
